Planning a trip to Bangladesh should be exciting, but we understand that sometimes plans change. This refund policy explains clearly how cancellations and refunds work, so you can book your private tour with confidence and peace of mind.

💳 1. Booking & Deposit

To confirm your private tour, a deposit of 20%–30% of the total tour cost is required. This deposit allows me to secure hotels and transportation, arrange local guides and experiences, and reserve your travel dates in advance.

🔒 Please note: The deposit is generally non-refundable, as planning and bookings begin immediately after confirmation.

❌ 2. Cancellation by Traveler

If you need to cancel your tour, the following refund structure applies:

30+ days

You will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid (excluding deposit).

15–29 days

You will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit).

< 14 days

No refund available, as all arrangements are already finalized.

⚡ 3. Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made within 14 days of the tour start date:

  • Full payment is required upfront.
  • These bookings are non-refundable, since services must be confirmed immediately.

🌪️ 4. Force Majeure (Unavoidable Situations)

Sometimes, unexpected events occur that are beyond anyone's control. These may include: natural disasters, government restrictions or travel bans, political unrest, pandemics, or transportation strikes.

In such cases, refunds may not always be possible. However, I will always try my best to reschedule your tour or offer alternative solutions.

💸 5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after receiving your written cancellation request.
  • Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

I work closely with local hotels, drivers, and service providers across Bangladesh. Once bookings are confirmed, costs are often paid in advance. That's why this refund policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and local partners, clear and easy to understand, and flexible when possible.
